RETURN, REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
If you have any issues with your purchase, we're here to help.
We do not accept returning items unless there is a defect in product or wrong product is sent.
If you receive a faulty or wrong product, please return it within 7 days of receiving your parcel and we’ll refund your money. Make sure to mark your parcel as “returned goods” to avoid being charged additional duties.
Don’t forget to ask for a tracking ID/proof of shipping to track your parcel and to have proof that you’ve sent it.
Item should be original condition including packages.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any returned shipments if the product has been used or tampered with. Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original method of payment only.
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

You can cancel your order within 24 hours if the item haven’t been shipped; refunds will be made back to the original payment solution. Please allow for up to 28 days for the refund transfer to be completed. Please contact +971547730101 to cancel the order.
If shipping is already made, we do not accept any cancellation.
