Apply on dry, clean skin after bathing/showering. Dispense an adequate amount into your palm and gently massage into areas of concern, such as abdomen, hips, thighs and upper arms.
*Legs
Spread upward, starting at the bottom of the foot and moving up to the knee and then the thigh. Massage by circulating the impurities into the back of the knee and up to the hip joint.
*Hips
Spread along the hip line. Massage from the bottom up.
*Belly
Circle your hand clockwise around the belly button.
*Arms
Massage upward, from wrist to elbow to axilla.
